Contract strongly the anal sphincter, then push the anus downwards, relaxing the sphincter. Repeat this process in uninterrupted series of contractions and relaxations, each lasting for at least 3 seconds. Each series should have at least 5 contractions and 5 relaxations, increasing the number progressively.

This technique does not require a specific position for its practice. You may practice it in any position you want, any time of the day, wherever you are.
